As your attorney, I will partner with you to work toward your desired goal, whether individually or on behalf of your business. I believe in the fundamental principle of honesty. I am not here to sell you fool’s gold; I am here to give you an honest assessment and practical real world advice. In addition, no one likes surprises, and I will make sure you do not receive one when it comes to your bill.

My clients work with me on a variety of legal matters. My practice includes energy law, including both oil and gas as well as renewable energy, real estate law, business law, employment law and estate planning. I have given presentations on, and written articles about, developments in real estate, energy, and business law. I also handle litigation related matters for my clients. I am licensed in Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.

Prior to law school, I worked in business for over four years as a website developer. I have worked with business leaders in different industries, including the energy and real estate industries. My prior experience and business knowledge allows me to understand the specific needs and goals of my clients from a business perspective. My legal services are tailored to each individual client and never based on a cookie cutter one-size fits all approach.

While attending law school, I participated in the accelerated joint degree program, concurrently earning my Master of Business Administration degree from Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management, with a focus on finance. Prior to joining LG&A I spent a few years as a landman and project manager for a land service company, where I managed title and curative projects for energy clients with operations in the Appalachian Basin.

My life revolves around my family and my work and is guided by my faith. In my free time I enjoy golfing, traveling and skiing.
